The title pretty much says it all.
The good news is that audio quality to my ear sounds great, with no noise, artifacts or distortion (when within close range).
The not-so-good news is that the range is far less than I expected. I start to get static at around 40 ft with only one intervening wall.
The really bad news is that my 5.8 GHhz wireless telephones cause massive interference, i.e. enormous amounts of crackling and static when in use that completely obliterate the audio. There's fortunately no interference from my wireless LAN, but then I'm still using 802.11b/g, which run at 2.4GHz. (I can't speak to 802.11n, which also supports 5.8GHz, but expect it could cause serious and constant interference.)
