(More customer reviews)I am so impressed with the product. You literally plug and play just as the instructions show. However, I did have some (user error) difficulties. I went to the Warpia website and emailed technical support with my problem and my telephone #. Almost immediately Marc called me. We did some trouble shooting and fixed the issue within minutes (The issue: I removed the device adapter from the video base and put it back in and then it worked just fine). Afterwards, Marc walked me through some of the features which I was not expecting but really appreciated.
The display is crisp and clean with no glitches or breaking. Audio is not included in this version but it's all good. I hook up my Monsoon speakers and I feel like I'm at the movies.
On another note, this will make an excellent gift for my mother! It's inexpensive and I'm sure she'll appreciate being able to see on the big screen.
In closing, the set up is easy and the customer service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to display their PC to their HD television without all of the messy wires.
