I was looking for a WiFi Range Extender (IEEE 802.11b or 802.11g) and this came up. For the price, I figured this might be a great deal, but it took a lot of research to find out what this product actually was.

This is a GE/Jasco Lighting Remote Plus Transmitter. It is a lighting system range extender designed to add 150 feet to your Smart Remote Plus Transmitter range. It works with your existing Smart Home system to operate lights from inside or outside your home.
