(More customer reviews)I have used this outlet switch for 4 years in my remote outbuilding. The receiver has performed flawlessly. The remote, not so much. I carry the remote in a front jean pocket and it attracts lint and dust/dirt inside the unit. After a period of time, the inside of the remote becomes so full of "stuff" that either the battery doesn't make contact inside the remote or the switch is unable to make contact when pressed. The keychain connector is very thin plastic and it broke after about a year of carryiing.
Make the remote more sturdy and better sealed, and this would get "6 STARS" from me!!
