(More customer reviews)I had one of these guages in the past and loved it. It quit sending messages to the base unit for rain. I couldn't find a source where I could order another one from a sight that I thought was safe. I ordered another guage that was terrible. You couldn't read the screen from more than 10 inches away and there were so many modes to set that I couldn't keep them straight. I finally found a safe sight thru amazon sold by antonline. Thank God and I got me another Timex tx6700. It just tells me what I want to know, temp. and rain fall. This is the only one I will ever buy again.
