Pyle PIFMDK6 i-Pyle Series iPod Docking Station with 200 Channel FM Transmitter and Flexible Goose Neck Stand Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)We gave the Pyle Series Ipod Docking Station with FM Transmitter the Road Trip test over Christmas. This product is made of sturdy plastic, the extended coil was necessary as our truck outlets are at the base of the dashboard. The transmitter rested securly on the console, held the my Ipod Nano tightly inplace allowing for excellent sound quality. It did not charge my nano, however when we listened to Kyles Ipod Classic it did charge the classic? The Classic is heavy and we were concerned the connection over time could cause problems, so we placed a 2.5 inch piece of insulation which allows the classic to rest on something soft and not bounch around. The sound quality from the Classic was not as good as the Nano. We only changed stations once as we traveled from Western Washington to Eastern Washington which in my mind is pretty good. You do need to have a navigator change the music settings the way we have, it set up you are reading upside down. All in All a good product, did what it said it would, and at a good price. We both like it, and continue to use it.
