(More customer reviews)The actual product is not a side load. Instead of loading and ejecting from the side, the screen flips up for loading.
I was told by the E&B Electronics that they told Amazon repeatedly to update the image but Amazon has not responded.
Also, I was told the picture shown is an older model.
Amazon: get your act together! Now I have to return the product because of your inaccurate product representation.
