The sound quality is not so great. Every time I switch off and switch on the system I have to pair up my rear speakers.
Initially I had difficulty in pairing up my rear speakers. I contacted Philips customer service and it was horrible. The person has no clue on the features of the system or about the wireless receiver for the rear speakers. The Philips customer service representative concluded in 5 minutes after collecting all my personal information that the system is defective and they can send me a new system :-)
Eventually after 24 hrs of playing with it I decided to return it to Buy.com. They provided me with a prepaid return label. Now awaiting for the refund.
I will not recommend Philips to anyone who want to buy a home theater system.
