One real bright spot, Amazon stepped in and assumed responsibility. Now is that a big thing? Well this paperweight only cost me $30, which is not a large percentage of the money I have spent though Amazon but it sure makes me happy. I presume they will intercede with the seller or maybe just write it off. Anyway, they did what I would expect a quality company to do. Thank you Amazon! To be fair this seems like an unusual occurrence for this company. However, let the buyer be warned, they have the capacity to really screw things up and only Amazon seems to be concerned.
11 Jan 2011 Still waiting.. I just sent this email off trying to get this resolved... I am still waiting to return this product. I have sent several emails and had one telephone conversation. It is my understanding I am to wait for return authorization. This was the wrong product in the first place. It doesn't surprise me that the whole process is a BIG problem. This company doesn't seem to get excited about unhappy customers. I am beyond unhappy!!!! GET A CLUE, YOU SCREWED UP AND DON'T SEEM TO GIVE A (EXPLICATIVE DELETED) IF YOU FIX IT!!!!!
