(More customer reviews)I recieved a Samson Stage 5T for Christmas and was very happy because I have a basement studio. I went down there, got it hooked up, followed the instructions, and it came time to turn on the reciever. I turned it on, the transmitter was already on, and it worked for about thirty seconds, then it just quit working. I tried different outlets all around the house, but it wouldn't work. I think the system blew. I never got to hear what it sounded like because I didn't have the volume turned up on the soundboard. I am mostlikley going to buy a shure lavalier microphone.

(More customer reviews)I purchased the Shure WH30 condenser Headset Microphone because I was tired of using company supplied mics. The shure product has work very well. The mic is positioned nice for me the headband is sweat absorbent. Getting it to fit my head was not a problem. It is a bit heavier than the cheaper models supplied by the gym I work at but not enough to bother me.
Though a little pricey it is robust so I have no worries about longevity. I would recommend this product

(More customer reviews)The Azden transmitter-receiver system has operated marvelously well for me over scores of interviews. As an aspiring video maker it was a product I should have bought a long time ago.
Mine is the 9v-powered model, not the AA. But it has proven well-made, light and easy to use.
There's something neat about micing people with a lavaliere unit. I find that they enjoy the attention of attaching the mic and the professional touch that it brings to the taping.
Being able to range abut the room while taping and simultaneously retaining good audio is a remarkable experience. Another benefit of micing someone is that cuts way back on ambient noise. The din of voices surrounding your interview is a typical intrusion; using the lavaliere cuts out a great deal of the unwanted sonic information.

(More customer reviews)This wireless system is a really good middle of the road system. It isn't a cheap wanna-be toy, and it isn't an over priced waste of money either. It is a solid pro-quality kit that does it's job really well. The price makes it a no-brainer. Sure, there are systems with better sound, longer range, and smaller headpieces. You will pay big bucks for those upgrades. Line of sight, the distance of this system is very good. The sound is more than adequate for live shows (as it is designed for), and with the foam wind blocker off, the headpiece is not distracting.
If you're looking for wireless for DJ, workout, or worship use, this is your answer. I'm sure you'll be as happy with it as I am.

We are knowledgeable on how to set the squelch and various input settings for maximum efficiency, but we could not get a dependable connection when standing just a few feet away from the receiver.
We tried relocating the receiver, but still had numerous "drop outs" when standing just a few feet away from the receiver.
We didn't expect much for the price of this item, but at least it should have worked when standing very close to the receiver. We even tried relocating the receiver to different parts of the stage; but to no avail. We still received numerous signal "drop-outs."
This Samson Model Stage 5H was a huge disappointment; and a waste of money $$$.

(More customer reviews)We had a problem with the first unit shipped; one headphone system was defective. The Supplier sent an entire new system back when we shipped the old complete unit back to them. The sound quality is not top of the line; however, it is very acceptable in a small environment. Feedback is rare even though the speakers are only 20 feet from the mike. The individual mike level potentiometers and led indicators are a plus; I noticed a level difference from the headsets to the handheld mikes and the level can be adjusted via these potentiometers. Compared to the professional unit that was replaced, this Pyle unit is twice the quality. Pyle PDWM4300 4 Mic VHF Wireless Microphone System
For the price of this unit, I will rate the unit as very good.

Audio Technica Freeway 200 Series VHF Handheld Wireless System Review

(More customer reviews)This mic is good for general purpose use. I would avoid using it for long periods of time (1H+) because unless you are using Duracell batteries it will die. There are a few issues with the mic regarding sound quality, occasionally it does drop out and create massive static buzzing, it also rarely makes a loud popping sound. The range on this mic is excellent, I have been at 300 yards with no issues. This mic has a tendency to deepen voices, it sounds very clear even in a poor acoustic setting. One downside is the lack of an XLR type connection on the back, however if you use quality short length cabling to connect it to your mixer, it will sound fine. Overall, a quality product at a cheap price.
